Bellezza Group is one of Brisbane’s leading hospitality collectives, with a portfolio of standout venues including Bar Pacino, Bellezza Espresso, Celina Espresso, Santa Monica, Espresso Emporium, Public Quarter, and Rafaelo Espresso. Known for their quality food, speciality coffee, and seamless function and catering experiences, they’ve carved out a distinct presence in Brisbane’s hospitality scene.

The Scope

Bellezza Group came to us in early 2024 with no direction, no authority and limited demand. With a strong portfolio of venues but an underwhelming digital presence, they wanted to build trust in the hospitality industry.

The businesses were great, but lacked market presence; competitors appeared more established online, and their marketing was inconsistent and lacked strategic intent.

They weren’t after surface-level fixes. They wanted a system; something strategic, scalable, and built to hand over to their internal team with confidence.

The Approach

We took the pressure of Bellezza’s internal team by bringing structure, clarity and momentum to each of its businesses. Rolling out custom strategies for each business, rebuilding their tone of voice and identity and increasing leads with a new and improved website (Bar Pacino).

  • Updated and developed a new website which is easy to navigate and more simplified

Part of the strategic direction was making sure each venue connected with the right audience, at the right time. We worked with handpicked, local influencers who aligned with each brand’s ideal customer and rolled out campaigns that felt natural, not forced.

This helped build trust and authority, and drive real visibility across social platforms.

We also used the momentum to secure organic media coverage through outlets like Style Magazines and The Good Company, positioning Bellezza venues as must-visits for both locals and tourists. More features are already in the pipeline.

On the ground, we activated high-impact campaigns like our Free Cannoli Days — a street-level activation through Queen Street that saw us engaging with luxury retailers, selling out within 10 minutes, and landing radio coverage.

Highlights included:

  • Viral Reels with over 12k views

  • UGC reels with over 2.5K views for a brand with less than 500 followers

  • Organic features in major lifestyle publications
